Shipping policy
Standard processing times (for premade items ONLY) are currently 7-10 business days. If your order has not shipped by the 10th business day, please contact us at bubblepoppacis@gmail.com
The shop owner has monthly medical infusions. Treatment days do not count towards the processing times.
The time quoted at checkout may not be accurate. Please refer to this policy for updated processing and delivery times.
USPS has consistent issues and delays with properly scanning in packages when they are dropped off. To submit an insurance claim we must wait 15 BUSINESS DAYS to allow time, to see if tracking will update. If your order has not had any movement after 15 business days, please contact us so we can submit a claim and process a refund. Refunds will be processed as store credit only.
Custom timeframes are variable based on how many pacifiers are in the queue. Currently, due to the influx of orders, the custom wait time is 8 weeks. Please note, the more custom items you order, the longer your order will take. We are always happy to provide an update on order status, however, current queue length can typically be found on our Instagram @bubblepoppacis
Preorders take 6 weeks to ship due to the nature of the product. We have to order the product with vendor, wait for it to arrive from overseas, inventory when the product arrives, and split up the product into customer orders. This process is lengthy. Due to the recent tariffs inflicted on businesses, wait times may increase as the ports and customs are backed up. If there is a significant delay, we will post on our Instagram story.

All orders status inquiries (email or DM) will be responded to within 3 business days. We only rely to Instagram DMs and Emails. Messages on any other platforms will not be replied to.
